Food Festivals

Our interest in local good food has led to a huge growth in Food Festivals, where meeting and getting to know local producers has become an important way of life as well as a great source for visitors to find out more about what an area or town has to offer.

The best way to show off food and drink products is with a series of live chef demonstrations which show people how to create mouthwatering dishes using local ingredients. Our state-of-the-art mobile kitchens have been used by local and celebrity chefs winning many acclaims for being not only professional and well-equipped but with the in-built audio visual equipment in our Silver and Gold Packages they’re perfect and easy to use for exhibiting the Chef’s culinary skills to the seated audience.

We offer three packages – Bronze, Silver and Gold along with extra items you can order to make your life easier. We will also deep clean the kitchen after so that’s one less thing for you to worry about!

Bronze

Our Bronze Package is the perfect demonstration kitchen for a more informal setting allowing customers to come up to the counter and interact with the chef/demonstrator. It comes with a 5-burner hob, tall oven unit, hot water boiler and small fridge, as well as 2 front counters and 4 rear wall panels and a handwash unit.

Silver

The Silver Package includes all of the Bronze package plus an additional small oven, a cold water hand/veg washer unit. It comes complete with 6 rear wall panels and cameras, mics, televisions and a fully qualified event technician to provide a live feed for the seated audience to see every moment.

Gold

Our top of the range Gold Package includes everything in the Silver Package with a fully kitted out rear preparation area with trestle tables, freezer, hob unit and utensils so it’s perfect for a full cookery theatre. It also comes with 12 rear wall panels which can be tailored to your own design, 2 additional televisions and additional hand-held or roving head mic and technicians.
